By signing this release form, the undersigned herewith acknowledges that the tournament is a recreational team event. Safety of spectators and participants is a primary concern of the event organizers. The undersigned herewith agrees not to engage in any unsafe activity in connection with the tournament. Poor sportsmanship by any member of the listed team, as determined by the Tournament Committee will be grounds for disqualification from the event.

Participants enter as their own risk. Hold’Em & Hit’Em Club, the Tournament organizers and all persons connected with the operation of the Hold’Em & Hit’Em Fishing Rodeo/Tournament are exempt from any liability for loss, damage, negligence, harm or injury suffered by a participant, entrant, sports fisherman, boat captains, crew members, vessels or equipment which may occur during the tournament.

The undersigned on behalf of the listed Team in its entirity herewith releases, holds harmless and indemnifies Hold’Em & Hit’Em Club, the Tournament Organizers, and any officers, employees, volunteers, and associates thereof, as well as any organizers, sponsors, beneficiary of the event from any and all liability for damages that may be incurred by any person or entity due to or as a result of the undersigned’s participation.

This Release has been read and fully understood by the undersigned on behalf of the Team Captain for his/her entire team.
